The signage is is usually incorrect, you're supposed to figure out by yourself which tram goes first, the signs say "the one with the lights on" but on multiple occasions that has not been true, I. Reality it's the first one that arrives is the first one to leave, if you're didn't see which one arrived first, my advice would be to ask other travelers. The staff doesn't know the network and have also given me incorrect information during one of the times there was a disturbance, and send me totally the wrong direction. Also be careful with checking in until the tram arrives, since if it doesn't arrive and you decide to take for instance the train, one euro will be deducted rather then returned to your "saldo". Also the placement of the check in/out terminals isn't really convenient especially considering social distancing guidelines. Finally they could have dressed the stop up a bit more. It's a sad, cold concrete tunnel. Some benches and plants or something would have mad it much nicer.
