About uw advocaten B.V.
Opgericht in 2019 door Luc Delahaye en Thomas Devens. Twee jonge, maar ervaren advocaten. Advocaten die hun strepen verdiend hebben bij grote gerenommeerde kantoren. Toch misten ze iets. Niet inhoudelijk, maar op de manier waarop met de cliënt werd omgegaan. Daar hadden zij andere opvattingen over. Dus niet; eerst uren tellen en vervolgens de aanpak vertellen. Ze draaiden de boel juist om. Waarom? Omdat het kán. En niet alleen het resultaat telt, ook de weg ernaar toe.
Ons team bestaat uit een combinatie van advocaten en juristen, zowel in loondienst als zelfstandig, met een ruime ervaring in de advocatuur en daarbuiten. Wij staan zowel particulieren als ondernemers bij. Deze ervaring komt de behandeling van jouw zaak steeds ten goede.
Om onze cliënten nog breder van dienst te zijn, werken we sinds 2021 samen met avocatenkantoor HIMMELREITHER in Keulen, Duitsland. Dankzij deze samenwerking kun je bij één aanspreekpunt terecht met alle vragen over zaken in Nederland, Duitsland en grensoverschrijvende kwesties. HIMMELREITHER legt, net als ons, de focus op het contract- en ondernemingsrecht.
