Good staff and good meat.
There are two masters working at the back of the Butchery who keep everything running.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer, maar dan ook zeer, slecht geregeld zo rond kerst met corona. Ik heb bestelling online geplaatst én betaald, met ophaaltijd. Dit ter voorkoming van de coronadrukte. Precies 31 minuten in de rij gestaan om bestelling op te halen. Dit had echt professioneler geregeld moeten worden.
Very, but also very, badly arranged around Christmas with corona. I have placed and paid for an order online, with pick-up time. This is to prevent the corona pressure. Queued exactly 31 minutes to pick up order. This really should have been arranged more professionally.

Very nice neat shop. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. And, very important, delicious products, such as the pea soup and various sausages!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slechte service. Er staan meisjes van 15 jaar achter de balie op zaterdag te helpen als eerste aanspreekpunt zonder kennis van zaken. Je vraagt om kwaliteit maar krijgt ongevraagd ander vlees van slechtere kwaliteit. Vervolgens indien je dit aangeeft heb je slechts met koppig and dwaas personeel te maken. Denken totaal niet mee met de klant. Gewoon niet meer terug komen bij dit ongeschoolde personeel.
Bad service. There are 15-year-old girls behind the counter on Saturdays to help as the first point of contact without any knowledge of the facts. You ask for quality, but you get different meat of poorer quality without being asked. Then if you indicate this you are only dealing with stubborn and foolish staff. Do not think along with the customer at all. Just don't come back to this unskilled staff.
