R	R R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 13 jaar voltijd gewerkt, 2x uitkering uitbetaald in 5,5 maanden tijdens het werken voor de curator tijdens faillissement. Momenteel 3 maanden geen uitkering gehad, ze hebben hem zomaar stopgezet door een fout in hun systeem. Ik heb 15x aantoonbaar gebeld(15-45minuten per gesprek), 11x aantoonbaar niet teruggebelt, mij is 8x toezegging gedaan voor het geld en na 3 maanden nog geen cent gestort. Jullie maken alleenmaar mensen kapot of gebruiken volwassen mensen op de bijstand als slaaf voor 32uur werken voor 500 euro in de maand. (mijn vrouw moest dit doen) Jep je leest het goed 128 uur werk voor 3.9 euro per uur. 128 uur los van de ca 40 reisuren per maand. UWV heeft mij kapot gemaakt. Ik ga door een hell. Slaap en eet al dagen niet. Ik ga nooit meer wat doen voor deze maatschap. Ik zal nooit meer meehelpen met het systeem. En bedankt he UWV. 13 years of full-time work, 2x benefit paid in 5.5 months while working for the bankruptcy trustee during bankruptcy. Currently not receiving benefits for 3 months, they just stopped him due to an error in their system. I have demonstrably called 15x (15-45 minutes per call), 11x demonstrably not called back, I have been given 8x promise for the money and after 3 months not a cent paid. You only destroy people or use adult people on social security as a slave to work 32 hours for 500 euros a month. I'm going through a hell. Don't sleep and eat for days. I will never do anything for this partnership again. I will never help with the system again. And thank you UWV.

Bij de klantenservice sta je dus als gevolg vaak in de wacht, vaak al vanaf vroeg in de ochtend. We leven in het jaar 2019 waar technologie het snelste gaat dan ooit tevoren, maar blijkbaar blijft de overheid achter. Ik heb nu 13 dagen moeten wachten totdat ik mijn inkomstenopgaven van mei heb kunnen invullen door een fout in het systeem, gok ik. Na opnieuw een aantal keer te bellen zou de telefoniste er voor zorgen dat ik het na 2 dagen dan, alsnog zou kunnen invullen. Dan nog wachten op mijn geld. Tot over nogmaals 2 weken! The UWV website is lacks, and that is an understatement. Moderate information and often even incorrect information. As a result, you are often on hold at customer service, often from early in the morning. We are living in the year 2019 where technology is the fastest than ever before, but apparently the government is lagging behind. I have now had to wait 13 days until I was able to fill in my May income statements due to a system error, I am guessing. After calling again a number of times, the operator would ensure that I could fill it in after 2 days. Then wait for my money. See you again in 2 weeks!

If you recognize yourself in this description, I feel your pain... My review is limited to my experience of providing moral support to a friend who was at the UWV to determine his chances on the labor market after suffering a serious injury to his back. Parking I'll start at the arrival. In front of the building is parking space. However, you can park here for a maximum of 1 hour indicated by a 'parkeerschijf' that you must put behind your windshield. The problem is that every appointment I've had at the UWV always took much more time than 1 hour. And you will not be allowed to go out once your appointment starts. About a 100 meters further down the road are payed parking spots that have no time limit. Building Walking towards the building its hard not to be impressed by the amazing trippy colored buildings. The paint resembles the colors that you might find on the outside of a soap bubble in the sun or the inside of a sea shell. I highly recommend that you have a look at the photos included with my review. Reception & waiting The woman sitting at the reception appeared a bit moody and strict. After verifying our ID cards she asked us to take place in the hallway to wait for the doctor to pick us up. We had to wait there for about 20 minutes. Luckily the coffee was free and tasty and there were more than enough seats to keep a distance from other visitors. Doctor The doctor was a kind young man. I estimate him in his early thirties. He really took his time to investigate the (dis)abilities of my friend. Both physically and mentally. He seemed well educated and professional, but we have not yet received the report. Depending on the outcome I might have to revisit my review. All together, our visit took little under two hours.
