Dat is wat ik onder de Oude Toren aangetroffen en ervaren heb en werd er echt enthousiast van. Top! Good care is not only dependent on spacious rooms, but also on involvement, knowing the client, personal care, and living together. Woonnruimtes worden illegaal verhuurd. Eerste half jaar mag je je niet inschrijven bij de gemeente en huur moet contant betaald worden. Groot verloop onder de huurders. Altijd een gevecht om de parkeerplaatsen en het onderhoud is waardeloos. Staar je niet blind op het mooie verhaal op de website want er klopt niks van. Ik praat uit eigen ervaring. Worthless organization. Advertising is made that the rent is including taxes and levies but in retrospect there is simply an attack by the municipality. Living areas are rented illegally. You can not register with the municipality for the first half year and rent must be paid in cash. Large turnover among the tenants. Always a fight for parking spaces and maintenance is worthless. Deze mensen zijn intern bij Onder de Oude Toren komen wonen en dit tot volle tevredenheid van zowel de bewoner en familie. Kwalitatief goede zorg en de juiste aandacht. Ik kan me niet vinden in de geplaatste negatieve reviews en vraag me af of deze betrekking hebben op de Zorginstelling. I worked in healthcare for years and at the time a few colleagues placed people who needed care. These people are intern with Come to live under the Oude Toren and this to the full satisfaction of both the resident and family. Good quality care and the right attention. E	Erik Ratelband on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als professional heb ik al veel locaties bezocht. Zowel grootschalig als kleinschalig. Onder de Oude Toren is van de locaties die mij altijd is bijgebleven. Deze prachtige locatie biedt veel mogelijkheden voor hun bewoners. Zo zijn er gezellige en sfeervolle gezamenlijke ruimtes, maar ook is er de mogelijkheid om ontspanning te vinden in een van de ruime appartementen die volledig gerenoveerd zijn. Ook de omgeving is een pluspunt van deze locatie. Het is namelijk mogelijk om te voet naar het natuurgebied de Campina en de Bossen en Vennen van Oisterwijk te gaan. Daarbij komt kijken dat de locatie ook makkelijk te bereiken is via openbaar vervoer aangezien het ook op loopafstand ligt van treinstation Oisterwijk. Iedere keer dat ik een bezoek breng aan de Oude Toren word ik warm ontvangen door de eigenaren. Zij staan open voor een goed gesprek, ideeën van buiten af en ook voor opbouwende kritiek. Al met al een mooie, rustige en vernieuwde locatie met daarbij een team dat ten alle tijden klaar staat voor hun bewoners! As a professional I have already visited many locations. Als particuliere huurder (zoals ook de mensen die negatief reageren) heb ik geen problemen gehad met de dhr van den Hurk, eerder een plezierige samenwerking. De website Onder de Oude Toren betreffende de Zorgwoningen hebben zij totaal geen kijk op deze is prima geregeld. Daar ik er zelf tussen woon en veel contact heb met de bewoners die er op dit moment wonen kan ik dit onderschrijven. De kritiek is dus ongegrond. Bij deze wens ik de Zorginstelling een hele goede toekomst. I would like to respond to the negative revieuws since I have lived there for over 3 years with great pleasure. As a private tenant (like the people who respond negatively) I have had no problems with Mr. van den Hurk, rather a pleasant cooperation. The website Under the Old Tower concerning Care Homes they have absolutely no look at this is well organized. Since I live in between myself and I have a lot of contact with the residents who currently live there, I can subscribe to this. The criticism is therefore unfounded. With this I wish the healthcare institution a very good future.
