Tot ik na de corona stop vorige week weer een bestelling wou doen en mijn inlog het niet meer deed. Ik belde wat er aan de hand was en werd door een medewerkster afgesnauwd dat ik 6 maanden niet had besteld, dis hoppa...eruit gesmeten. Ik vertelde dat als mijn winkel dicht moest weinig omzet had. Geen weder antwoord, laat staan empathie. Ik zal het activeren, goedemiddag.... Zo jammer dit. Until last week I was very satisfied with the speed of delivery and quality. Until after the corona stop last week I wanted to place an order again and my login no longer worked. I called what was going on and was snubbed by an employee that I hadn't ordered for 6 months, dis hoppa...thrown out. I told them that if my shop had to close it would have little turnover. No response, let alone empathy. I will activate it, good afternoon.... Such a pity.
K	K K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Product besteld maar was niet tevreden over de werking ervan. In eerste instantie ging het retourneren wat moeilijk, maar uiteindelijk is het super netjes opgelost. Ordered product but was not satisfied with how it works. At first the return was a bit difficult, but in the end it was solved super neatly.

Zou er een nieuwe toegestuurd worden. Supersnel geregeld en vandaag ontvangen. Hier een heel blij mens!? What a top service! My mini die-cutting machine did not run the plates with mold through it. After being asked for an accompanying video. A new one would be sent. Super fast and received today. Here a very happy person!?

C	Crafts at The Malthouse on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very happy with products and service, I have been stocking more Vaessen branded products, usually after buying one to test it out first. After purchasing 50 sets of a container (500 count total) based on my smaller order to test, I found that the product was not the same and so poor it was not fit for purpose. I did not expect to return them as the shipping would have been unreasonable, but was not expecting this response from customer service...'Unfortunately sometimes we change our products and are better and sometimes worse'. I need a supplier I can count on. It is unfortunate because I found Vaessen branded products to be good for my business, but they are too much of a risk for me now if they have this attitude.
