★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij zijn zeer ontevreden over de schriftelijke benadering van een medewerkster/adviseuse van de firma Vaessen in Maasbree. Behalve dat we eerder info kregen dan advies, vroegen we een offerte aan om te kunnen vergelijken met anderen. Dat gaven we ook aan tijdens ons bezoek én in de mail om een aanvraag te doen een offerte te maken . Om daarna een antwoord te krijgen dat we niet matchten omdat ze niet aan oneerlijke concurrentie wilden meewerken. Zeer matig om potentiële klanten zo neer te zetten.
We are very dissatisfied with the written approach of an employee/adviser of the company Vaessen in Maasbree. Besides getting info rather than advice, we requested a quote to compare with others. We also indicated this during our visit and in the e-mail to request a quote. And then get an answer that we didn't match because they didn't want to cooperate in unfair competition. Very mediocre to put potential customers down like that.
