★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mevrouw houdt de borg in omdat ze volgens haar 13 aan het schoonmaken waren. Voordat we weg gingen nog rondje gelopen met de eigenaresse en er was niks aan de hand.
 Madam withholds the security deposit because according to her 13 they were cleaning. Before we left we walked around with the owner and there was nothing wrong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bij aankomst werden we goed ontvangen! De mensen waren vriendelijk en gastvrij. Maar dat veranderde snel. We besproken ook gelijk het prijsverschil tussen airBnB en belvilla. Daar wisten ze blijkbaar niks van af terwijl er meerdere recensies geschreven zijn door mensen die daar ook last van hadden...
We werden ook constant in de gaten gehouden door de eigenaren wat zeker niet prettig was. Bij vertrek heb ik met de eigenaar nog een rondje gelopen door het huis of alles goed was. Op 2 vieze plekjes na was alles in orde. Na een tijdje kregen we de helft van de borg terug (€50 van de €100).
Toen ik de eigenaar opbelde om het daarover te hebben veranderde de stemming snel. Ze hadden de €50,- borg ingehouden omdat ze blijkbaar 13uur nodig hadden om het huisje schoon te maken. Heel gek want ik had nog samen met de eigenaar een rondje door het huis heen gelopen of alles goed was. Toen was er nog niks aan de hand... zelf vind ik 13uur ook wel verdacht veel voor zo’n huis.
Conclusie: Prima huisje als je heel de dag binnen wilt zitten en naar de TV gaat kijken.
On arrival we were well received! The people were friendly and hospitable. But that quickly changed. We also immediately discussed the price difference between airBnB and belvilla. Apparently they didn't know anything about that, while several reviews have been written by people who also suffered from it ...
We were also constantly monitored by the owners which was certainly not pleasant. On departure I walked around the house with the owner to see if everything was okay. Everything was fine except for 2 dirty spots. After a while we got half of the deposit back (€ 50 of the € 100).
When I called the owner to discuss this, the mood quickly changed. They had withheld the € 50 deposit because apparently they needed 13 hours to clean the house. Very strange because I had walked around the house with the owner to see if everything was okay. Then there was still nothing wrong ... I think 13 hours is also suspiciously much for such a house.
Conclusion: Great house if you want to sit inside all day and watch TV.
