G	Gijs Baten on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Door een lastminute omboeking zijn wij terecht gekomen in deze ´villa´. Nog nooit in zo'n vies, armzalig huis verbleven. Het is onbegrijpelijk dat Belvilla bemiddelt bij een huis als dit. Ik gun het niemand om in deze vuile hut terecht te komen. Vandaar deze recensie op naam. Inclusief omboekingskosten is er veel betaald voor dit huis. We hadden moeite om binnen te komen (gedoe met sleutelkastje) en hierdoor konden we een half uur de villa bewonderen. Rommel en afval rond het huis, vieze ramen en een troosteloze inrichting. Binnen vielen we van de één in de ander verbazing: - kapotte lampen of het ontbreken van lampen - ontbreken van prullebakken (behalve één op toilet waar emmertje naast prullebak stond) - kapotte kapstok - kapotte lamellen (er lag er zelfs één op een kast) - incompleet inventaris keuken - geen brandmelders - lekkage vanuit badkamer druppend door plafond in woonkamer - trillende leidingen - kraan in keuken die vanzelf aan gaat als de leiding trilt - onregelmatig warm water - rioollucht (behoorlijk!) - kabel in modem kapot - greep tv meubel hangt los - vies systeemplafond met losse platen (oa door lekkage) Positieve puntjes: - werkende keuken - nieuw servies, pannen en vaatwasser van Ikea Nogmaals: BOEK DIT NOOIT! Due to a last minute rebooking we ended up in this 'villa'. Never stayed in such a dirty, shabby house. It is incomprehensible that Belvilla mediates in a house like this. I wouldn't wish it on anyone to end up in this filthy shack. Hence this review by name. Including rebooking costs, a lot has been paid for this house. We had trouble getting in (hassle with key box) and this allowed us to admire the villa for half an hour. Clutter and rubbish around the house, dirty windows and a dreary interior. Inside we fell from one surprise to the other: - broken lamps or lack of lamps - lack of trash cans (except one in the toilet where a bucket was next to the trash can) - broken coat rack - broken slats (there was even one on a cupboard) - incomplete kitchen inventory - no fire detectors - leakage from bathroom dripping through ceiling in living room - vibrating pipes - faucet in kitchen that turns on automatically when the pipe vibrates - irregular hot water - sewage smell (quite!) - broken cable in modem - handle TV furniture is loose - dirty suspended ceiling with loose plates (eg due to leakage) Positive points: - working kitchen - new Ikea crockery, pans and dishwasher Again: NEVER BOOK THIS!
R	Ria Vossen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brommende waterleiding, deuren die slecht sluiten, badkamerdeur ging bijna niet open of dicht. Geen messenblok aanwezig en met een aardappelmesje doe je niet veel. Er was maar een theedoek. Bij aankomst amper toiletpapier bij de wc. Op een slaapkamer lagen nog haren in de wasbak. Op de slaapkamer beneden hebben we duckt tape moeten gebruiken omdat het heel erg koud was, zo blies de wind door de kieren. Niet huren, veel te veel geld voor dit niet/slecht onderhouden huis. Schandalig. Humming water pipes, doors that close poorly, bathroom door almost didn't open or close. There is no knife block and you can't do much with a potato knife. There was only one tea towel. Barely any toilet paper in the toilet on arrival. There was still hair in the sink in one bedroom. In the downstairs bedroom we had to use duckt tape because it was very cold, so the wind blew through the cracks. Do not rent, way too much money for this not / poorly maintained house. Scandalous.
