Good service but most expensive bill many a lot for tires landsail I paid 100 euros per tire summer tires Missed after the MOT also parts under the hood. Poor though had expected more.

Als er een steekje is laten vallen wordt dat ruimhartig gecompenseerd. Ik geniet van de gratis wasservice na de apk keuring of reparatie. Geweldig. Great garage, have been coming for 10 years. I have always experienced this garage as very lenient. If a stitch is dropped, it will be generously compensated. I enjoy the free laundry service after the MOT inspection or repair. Awesome.

Ze denken met je mee en proberen niet onnodig aan je te verdienen zoals bij andere garages soms wel het geval is. Zeer vriendelijk en vakkundig personeel met een uitmuntende - en zeer persoonlijke service. Ik kan altijd snel terecht voor een afspraak en zelfs soms even snel tussendoor. Door mijn chronische ziekte ben ik financieel zeer beperkt en is een auto geen luxe maar noodzaak, dankzij garage Rayan Kramer lukt het mij om de auto te onderhouden en te laten repareren waar nodig. Belangrijke onderdelen worden nieuw vervangen en waar mogelijk en minder belangrijk kunnen ze vaak tweedehands wat regelen. En tuurlijk gaat er ook hier heel soms iets niet meteen goed, maar dat wordt snel en goed verholpen en valt onder garantie. De bushalte is heel dichtbij voor als de auto een dagje in onderhoud is of bij de apk keuring en er is me zelfs wel eens - heel lief - een leenauto aangeboden. Al met al ben ik ontzettend blij met deze garage en ondanks dat geld uitgeven niet fijn is als je krap bij kas zit.. ga ik daar altijd met een glimlach op mijn gezicht en een tevreden en veilig gevoel weer vandaan. Een absolute aanrader dus! Also from me nothing but praise for this garage! They think along with you and do not try to earn money from you unnecessarily, as is sometimes the case with other garages. Very friendly and professional staff with excellent - and very personal service. I can always get an appointment quickly and sometimes even quickly in between. Due to my chronic illness I am financially very limited and a car is not a luxury but a necessity, thanks to garage Rayan Kramer I manage to maintain the car and have it repaired where necessary. Important parts are replaced new and where possible and less important they can often arrange something second hand. And of course sometimes things don't go right here, but that is quickly and properly remedied and is covered by warranty. The bus stop is very close for when the car is being serviced for a day or for the MOT and I have even been offered a loan car - very sweetly. All in all I am very happy with this garage and although spending money is not nice if you are short on cash .. I always leave with a smile on my face and a satisfied and safe feeling. An absolute must!

Het werd snel gerepareerd en nog belangrijker een goede prijs. Ik kon mijn auto netjes voor kerst afhalen. Mijn auto was ook nog brandschoon gewassen. Kortom goede service en ik raad deze garage zeker aan aan iedereen die mij zal vragen als ik een goede betrouwbare garage weet. My car was repaired with defect last week. I got a quick and honest diagnosis of exactly what was going on. It was repaired quickly and more importantly a good price. I was able to pick up my car neatly before Christmas. My car was also washed spotless. In short, good service and I definitely recommend this garage to anyone who will ask me if I know a good reliable garage.

C	Cristian Green on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service, bad attitude and the worse comunication from the staff Took the car there for the APK and service ,they have promised they will fix it before my Apk deadline, the car stayed there for 10 days and they haven't done anything on it, had the office guy on the phone several times with all sorts of excuses that they dont have enough personal to work or that the guy who is registering the APK has disappeared for days,and he throws everything in my face with a very bad tone and no alternatives whatsoever or even any apologies, I finally go there one day before the deadline of my APK, and my car was not even touched and i hear the same story, after i lost my patience with these guys i told them that if they wont fix it till tomorrow when the deadline is i will take the car somewhere else and immediately one of the mechanics rush in aggressively and said to me to leave and that they dont want to fix my car anymore!But that in supposed to pay an amount for the inspection of the car! I was in shock! i took the car immediately to another garage where they have done my APK and service within 2 days without any discussions! All my problems where fixed! I have never experienced anything like this in my life ,i don't think that such company are even allowed to operate like this in Holland! Definitely not recommending this garage to anyone!
