Op 3-1-22 heeft de auto een onderhoudsbeurt gehad en daarbij heb ik gezegd' bij recht rijden trek de auto naar links of naar rechts'
Volgens de garage kwam dat door de banden. Dus nieuwe banden.
Na een tijdje rijden constateerde dat het probleem zich nog steeds voor deed.
Ik heb de auto laten uitlijnen (zie raport).
Nu is het probleem over.
Ik begrijp niet dat ik zelf op pad moet bij een andere garage om mijn probleem optelossen.
Ik baal hier heel erg van en geeft een deuk in m'n vertrouwen.

On 3-1-22 the car was serviced and I said 'when driving straight, pull the car to the left or to the right'
The garage said it was the tires. So new tires.
After driving for a while found that the problem still occurred.
I had the car aligned (see report).
Now the problem is over.
I do not understand that I myself have to go to another garage to solve my problem.
This really pisses me off and puts a dent in my confidence.

Turns out they are a 4th generation family business which is very impressive these days - makes me think they must be doing something right! Also, great service in English if you need it :)
