S	S. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als reactie op onderstaande antwoord van Terpstra. Ik ben eerder dan een week geleden geweest. Ik ben niet voor een Octavia geweest maar bewust naar de Superb komen kijken. Ik heb wel degelijk aangegeven dat er zaken niet goed waren aan de auto, te weten niet functionerende stoelverwarming, automatisch sluitende ramen en nog wat andere zaken. Is ook helemaal niet erg. Het is een tweedehands auto en daar mag natuurlijk wat aan mankeren. De prijs was op 150,- na niet onderhandelbaar, de auto werd verkocht in de staat zoals hij daar stond met de mankementen die er wel of niet aan de auto zaten. Ook dat is niet erg en een keuze van de verkopende partij en van mij als mogelijke klant daar mee akkoord te gaan. Het gaat mij over de houding van de verkoper naar de klant. Die heb ik als bijzonder onprofessioneel ervaren waarvan ik middels deze review een melding van maak. Direct na mijn bezoek is de auto van de website verwijderd, wellicht verkocht of de auto haalde de standaard van Terpstra niet. Altijd goed dat er op een review wordt gereageerd moet er wel een juiste voorstelling van zaken worden gegeven en mijn inziens is dat zeker niet het geval. In response to Terpstra's answer below. I went earlier than a week ago. I have not been for an Octavia but consciously came to see the Superb. I have indeed indicated that there were things wrong with the car, namely non-functioning heated seats, automatically closing windows and some other matters. Not bad at all. It is a used car and of course there may be something wrong with it. The price was non-negotiable except for 150, - the car was sold in the condition as it was with the defects that were or were not on the car. That is also not a bad thing and it is a choice of the selling party and of me as a possible customer to agree to it. I am concerned with the attitude of the seller towards the customer. I experienced it as particularly unprofessional, which I will report in this review. Immediately after my visit, the car was removed from the website, perhaps sold or the car did not meet the Terpstra standard. It is always good that a review is responded to, but a correct representation must be given and in my opinion that is certainly not the case.
