★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DFS/Valckenstaete is een slechte partij in bemiddeling met verzekeraars. Bij de afwikkeling van schade zijn alle vergoedingen via hen geleid en zijn er zonder kennisgeving bemiddelingskosten ingehouden. Als benadeelde partij vond uitbetaling ruim 1,5 maand na ontvangst tegoeden van de verzekeraar van de veroorzaker. Pas na 5 maanden, na veel mails en veel telefoontjes het grootste deel ontvangen. Communiceren niet helder met klanten en reageren verontwaardigd wanneer je ze hierop aanspreekt. In afwachting op laatste deel uitkering krijg ik GEEN reactie meer. Ik raad aan geen gebruik van de diensten van DFS / Valckenstaete te maken!!
DFS / Valckenstaete is a bad party in mediation with insurers. When settling claims, all reimbursements have been routed through them and brokerage fees have been withheld without notice. As the injured party, payment was found more than 1.5 months after receiving funds from the insurer of the perpetrator. Only after 5 months, after many emails and many phone calls received the majority. Do not communicate clearly with customers and respond indignantly when you address them to this. Awaiting the last part of the benefit I will NOT receive a response. I recommend not to use the services of DFS / Valckenstaete !!
