This was a GREAT driving school and, it had the most affordable automatic car lessons, the car was almost brand-new, and the instructor was extremely helpful in a very positive and encouraging way. I would definitely recommend Van AM naar B to both to anyone!

Amazing drivings school. When I initially started driving here I wasn't quite sure if I'd pass my exam the first time. I was rather nervous and although I did buy a theory book, hadn't quite figured out my ways yet. My driver instructor Aicha suggested me to take a theory class, which is what I did and it really helped. Hassan explained al the rules and regulations in a very clear and funny way, which made it very easy to remember all the rules. When there were some problems with getting us and theory exam spot, al students were offered a free second class, which was equally as clear as the first class. After I passed my theory exam I had some more confidence in the car and my driving instructor started guiding me towards the preparation for my (practical) drivings exam. When the date for the exam came, I was nervous but I trusted the process and went with it. I passed my exam at ones and would really recommend this driving school to my friends and family. Toen ik hier in eerste instantie begon te rijden, wist ik niet helemaal zeker of ik de eerste keer voor mijn examen zou slagen. Ik was nogal nerveus en hoewel ik een theorieboek had gekocht, lukte het maar niet om de regels e onthouden. Mijn instructeur Aicha, stelde voor om een ​​theorieles te volgen en die hebben me erg geholpen. Hassan legde alle regels en voorschriften op een zeer duidelijke en grappige manier uit, waardoor het heel gemakkelijk was om alle regels te onthouden. Toen er wat problemen met het roosteren van het theorie-examen, kregen alle studenten (die hierdoor geen direct examen konden afleggen) een gratis tweede theorieles aangeboden, die net zo duidelijk was als de eerste les. Nadat ik geslaagd was voor mijn theorie-examen had ik wat meer vertrouwen in de auto en begon mijn rij-instructeur me te begeleiden naar de voorbereiding op mijn (praktische) rij-examen. Toen de datum voor het examen kwam, was ik nerveus, maar ik op de kennis die ik geleerd heb tijdens de rijlessen. Ik heb mijn examen in 1x gehaald en zou deze rijschool echt aanbevelen aan mijn vrienden en familie. Bedankt, Hassan en Aicha

This is a brilliant driving school which I definitely recommend to others! I started learning to drive 15 years ago but stopped as I wasn't enjoying it. Van AM naar B are a professional driving school, offering lessons fully in English, so my lack of Dutch wasn't a problem at all. My driving instructor, Mimoun had 20+ years' experience, and it shows - he was very patient and taught me how to enjoy driving. The school is flexible with hours and can accommodate lessons outwith 9-5 which was a big bonus for me. I learnt to drive in 3 months and passed my test first time round which wouldn't have been possible if it weren't for Mimoun! Thank you for being such a great teacher and building up my confidence. I will be driving around Amsterdam now with your sayings stuck in my head :) A big thank you to the rest of the team at Van AM naar B as well!

Wonderful experience! When stepping first time on the bike I had no clue whatsoever... Said helped me all the way trough and, at some deep moments of frustrations because I am already a bit older and not a fast learner, he stayed calm, respectful, with a bit of humor and always with clear feedback that I could actually implement. He really got me through. Also the people at the staff were incredibly helpful and kind. It's a school where you feel at home and can expect respectful behavior and clear, result-oriented teaching. I had to step out of my comfort zone here and there but was helped all the way. To my amazement I passed both practicals in the first try, would never have expected it. Tx people, and you especially Said! Highly recommended!!
