★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everyone hears about the intense and difficult Dutch housing market these days, and we learned that Thimo from Van Bruggen Adviesgroup is a perfect partner to successfully navigate this market. Thimo’s certifications as a financial advisor - along with being a mortgage and housing market expert - carry a ton of weight with sellers & other makelaars when making an offer.
We considered Amsterdam and Haarlem, and eventually decided that Haarlem was ideal to raise our family; Thimo works in both.
In the handful of bids we made before our winning one, we were incredibly close, and we learned that we were not even the highest bid when securing the contract for our new home. We believe it was due to Thimo’s accreditations and persistent communication. His guidance and advice was spot on, would not have been possible to bid any better.
