★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Geen goede ervaring aan Van Bruggen Adviesgroep aan overgehouden. 2 positieve gesprekken gehad waarbij de hypotheek helemaal uitgerekend is op basis van de woning die ik op het oog had. Tijdlang contact gehouden en uiteindelijk een bod op de woning gedaan. Tijdelijke koopcontract ontvangen en toen heel onpersoonlijk een mail ontvangen (3 dagen voor het tekenen van het contract) dat ze een foutje hadden gemaakt bij de berekeningen en de hypotheek dus een paar duizend euro duurder uit kwam te vallen waardoor het dus niet meer haalbaar was. Een belletje was teveel moeite dus wat mij betreft een dikke 1 op basis van beloftes en klant contact! Als adviseur mag je toch wel verwachten dat ze iets weten over hypotheken maar dit is ver te zoeken. Ik raad Van Bruggen niet aan als adviseur en ik adviseer je om verder te zoeken naar een andere hypotheek adviseur!
No good experience left to Van Bruggen Adviesgroep. 2 positive conversations in which the mortgage was fully calculated based on the house that I had in mind. Stayed in touch for a while and finally made an offer for the home. receive temporary contract and then very impersonal receive mail (three days before the signing of the contract) that they had made a mistake in the calculations and the mortgage so a few thousand euros more expensive came to fall out thus making it was no longer feasible. A bell was too much trouble so in my opinion a big one based on promises and customer contact! As a consultant you can expect that they know something about mortgages, but this is hard to find. I do not recommend Van Bruggen as an adviser and I advise you to continue looking for another mortgage adviser!
