Not a nice office. Seem friendly at first but have no understanding of emotional situations.

โ โ โ โ โ Tip voor de consument: Maak van te voren een vaste prijsafspraak om verrassingen te voorkomen. Voor je het weet wordt de rekening twee maal duurder dan verwacht en blijkt achteraf gezien, iedere minuut communicatie te zijn berekend.
Tip for the consumer: Make a fixed price agreement in advance to avoid surprises. Before you know it, the bill is twice as expensive as expected and, in retrospect, it turns out that every minute of communication has been calculated.

โ โ โ โ โ Great service!!! They helped me on a short notice. Spoke to me in my language (English). Full on every spot. Where other notaries are such a mess, this one did a fantastic job - exceeding my expectations. Conveniently located in the centre of den haag. Parking available in the street (they might have visitor parking garage but I didn't use that). I will definitely recommend them.

โ โ โ โ โ Worked with assistant, M. Tigelaar on a straightforward document legalization case and he has refused to execute as agreed after i signed my document. I had a lawyer on my end confirming with him the steps and he have agreed 3 times verbally in their office. Escalating this issue, the notary Van Kessel clearly state the process but it's too late as i am now stuck with a compromised document
Very confusing as an expat who have to rely on their expertise on the proper process
If you need to do business with this notary, make sure it's confirmed by Van Kessel or another senior. Otherwise their statements can easily change even with email evidence clearly showing otherwise.
