★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als starters op de markt hebben we wat rond gekeken bij hypotheekadviseurs, tot we via vrienden Van de Bunt geadviseerd kregen. Adviseur Jan Willem adviseerde ons van A tot Z en was onvermoeibaar toen we e.e.a. aan tegenslagen te verduren kregen. Gedurende het gehele proces bleef hij betrokken, wist hij de hoed van de rand en dacht hij mee in onze vraagstukken. Wij zijn financieel niet zo sterk onderlegd en daar hield hij bij alles rekening mee. Persoonlijk, betrouwbaar en integriteit zijn woorden die hierbij passen. Ook leuk was het feit dat de naast de voorberekende hypotheek, de eindrekening voor het advies maar liefst 1250 euro goedkoper was dan een concurrent die bij de grote jongens hoort en een 'vast, laag tarief' hanteerde. Erg aanbevelenswaardig dus!

Advisor Jan Willem advised us from A to Z and was tireless when we were confronted with setbacks. During the entire process, he remained involved, he knew the edge of the matter and he contributed to our issues. We are not well-versed financially and he took everything into account. Personal, reliable and integrity are words that suit this. Also nice was the fact that in addition to the prepared mortgage, the final bill for the advice was a whopping 1250 euros cheaper than a competitor who belongs to the big boys and used a 'fixed, low rate'. Very recommendable!
