K	Kai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had the Penthouse Suite. The price was quite reasonable and the service was great. I'd recommend this hotel and room if you're going to visit Enschede. The room is on the 12th floor and gives you an amazing view! It has a personal sauna, bath and a 'raining' shower. On top of that you will get a living room, a kitchen, a spacious sleeping room with a balcony. The 12th floor has a wellness centre with a public swimming pool as well in case you want to swim.

If you like duck I recommend their duck breast & liver dish, otherwise go for the schnitzel with mushrooms sauce (its delicious!).

The hotel itself is very modern, the staff is very friendly and we could easily park in front of the hotel. We had also a great view from the 7th floor. The breakfast was diverse and delicious. We could access the pool with a reservation. - The family room may be appropriate for a family with kids but the small room was too small for 2 (tall) adults. Besides, you could not close its door as there is no window inside the chamber. So, I won't recommend it if you want to have some privacy. Unfortunately, the first surprise was that the towels were not clean (see the pics). The toilet and the bathroom are separated and there is no trash can inside the toilet. You could wash your hands inside WC but the washbasin was also very small.Here and there, you could find spots that needed to be cleaned. The seating area had old staines; even at the breakfast, you could see that tea glasses have stains on them. For a four star hotel it should not be the case! All in all, the price-performance, especially the cleanness needs improvement.
C	Celia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although not close to the center it has really good access. Staff attentive and friendly. Very good breakfast buffet and drinks at the bar. Huge and super clean rooms. Beautiful decorations. No chance to use the pool on the top floor but it looked appealing.
