★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed at the Van der valk hotel in Hardegarijp for 17 nights. I found the place to be clean and the staff to be very friendly and helpful. If I ever had to go back to visit my family and friends, I would like to be able to stay there again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst of the many Valk hotels I stayed in so far. Undersized bathroom, bed and room. Stale vegetables and salad. A good fair steak. Poor and simple breakfast. Hope not to come back here.

Lovely and well educated staf at the reception.
A nightmare and awful service the guy who took the order, stating they cant do any salad !!!
I had to order just a glass of wine and a tomato soup ( which was super delicious )
After the soup came from a nice lady, I kindly asked why a restaurant like this does not serve any salad… she was shocked more than me, and she brought me a delicious salmon salad.
Not sure about why that guy didn’t know what the restaurant was offering as dishes but for sure that job is not for him!!!
