I stayed here for one night to escape the busyness of the big city and to enjoy the beach for a weekend. The hotel itself is very well located and easily accessible through public transport or car. Inside, the hotel boasts a modern yet distinguished look and the rooms are spacious, well kept and clean. The thing that made our experience sub-par is the screening around other guests. We had a group of drunk, loud and disrespectful Dutch tourists in the room opposite of ours. They kept us awake from midnight until around 4am. I tried calling the hotel with both the in-room phone and my mobile phone but all lines were disconnected for the night. The fact that there is no security personnel or hotel staff available at night is worrisome. For a hotel this size, there should be people available around the clock to assist guest with personal or security related matters. We were disturbed, loud banging on our doors, ringing our door-bell and shouting in the hall ways. This certainly should be improved to line up the service level with the looks and appeal of this premium hotel.
