★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gootsteen in de keuken was verstopt. Na een hoop gegoogel en een hoop horror verhalen over malifide loodgieters te hebben gelezen, heb ik gebeld met Van der Velden. Gebeld om 16:00 en om 11:00 de volgende dag was de loodgieter er. Super goed geholpen en netjes conform het van te voren aangegeven tarief. Heel blij met de service en de grondigheid waarmee de verstopping is opgelost. Ik kan iedereen Van der Velden aanraden!
 Sink in the kitchen was clogged. After a lot of googling and a lot of horror stories about malicious plumbers, I called Van der Velden. Called at 4pm and at 11am the next day the plumber was there. Super good and neat in accordance with the pre-specified rate. Very happy with the service and the thoroughness with which the blockage was solved. I can recommend Van der Velden to everyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fijn betrouwbaar bedrijf. Gisteren zijn ze geweest (binnen een half uur na melding !) voor een ontstopping waarna er vanochtend nog een extra reparatie nodig was. Helemaal perfect opgelost.
Nice reliable company. Yesterday they went (within half an hour after reporting!) For an unblocking, after which an extra repair was needed this morning. Completely perfectly resolved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sewage/ drainage issue. First they came to unblock my drainage but didn't check it throughly so I had to call them back.
They came back but told me my drain was a huge problem and would cost me 2000 euro to repair. They left my house with the sewage open and told me someone would return the next day - no one showed up. Really unprofessional and basically ripped me off and tried to convince me my issue was really bad. they are supposed to know what they are doing but seems to me they have no idea of how to unblock a sewage issue correctly.
The issue was that they did not unblock the blockage correctly towards the street for the blockage on the other side to unblock.
Riool/afvoer probleem. Eerst kwamen ze mijn afvoer deblokkeren, maar ze hebben het niet grondig gecontroleerd, dus ik moest ze terugbellen.
Ze kwamen terug maar vertelden me dat mijn afvoer een enorm probleem was en me 2000 euro zou kosten om te repareren. Ze verlieten mijn huis met het riool open en vertelden me dat iemand de volgende dag zou terugkomen - er kwam niemand opdagen. Echt onprofessioneel en heeft me in feite opgelicht en probeerde me ervan te overtuigen dat mijn probleem echt slecht was. ze worden verondersteld te weten wat ze doen, maar het lijkt mij dat ze geen idee hebben hoe ze een rioolprobleem correct kunnen deblokkeren.
Het probleem was dat ze de blokkade naar de straat niet correct deblokkeerden om de blokkade aan de andere kant te deblokkeren.
