★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small but beautiful park in the Centre of Leiden. A nice place to sit and have a picknick or drink. Many students and locals will chill in the park during good weather and that makes the park a bit to busy for me personal. That's the reason I gave it 3 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice park in the centre of beautiful Leiden with as main feature the Van der Werf Statue towering in the middle surrounded by flowers, trees and benches. The reason I gave it 3 stars is that the park is way to busy in the summer and people leave everything behind. Such a mess everywhere and that's a shame really. We need to take care of the planet and the space we live in.
