★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Communicatie met assistenten gaat vaak mis. Vandaag ha daarover gesproken. Pakt dit op met dr. Deutekom. Hopelijk word er aan gewerkt.
 Communication with assistants often goes wrong. Talked about that today. Pick this up with Dr. Deutekom. Hopefully it is being worked on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We zijn er weg gegaan omdat de assistente nooit doet wat ze zegt. Zes keer dat we bij de apotheek kwamen en het recept er niet lag, mijn zoontje moest toen s avonds naar het ziekenhuis. Nooit de arts mogen ontmoeten. Nu net twee keer gebeld in de wachtrij en dan wordt de verbinding verbroken en nu. Niet meer bereikbaar. Onze dossiers liggen nog bij hun zijn nooit doorgestuurd en ik kan ze niet bereiken. Geen e-mail adres en geen klachtenformulier. Vreselijk
We left because the assistant never does what she says. Six times we came to the pharmacy and the prescription was not there, my son had to go to the hospital in the evening. Never got to meet the doctor. Just now called twice in the queue and then disconnects and now. No longer available. Our files are still with them, they have never been forwarded and I can't reach them. No e-mail address and no complaints form. Horrible

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Goed geholpen door assistenten die luisteren, meedenken en je kunnen gerust stellen. Zeer tevreden over deze huisarts met no nonsens aanpak! Fijne praktijk.
Well assisted by assistants who listen, think along and can reassure you. Very satisfied with this doctor with no nonsense approach! Nice practice.

Na bijna 20 minuten wachten nog steeds op de 2de plaats en geen contact met de assistente. Dat kan niet! Dat lijkt op een organisatorisch probleem.
Contacting is sometimes a disaster
After almost 20 minutes still waiting for the 2nd place and no contact with the assistant. That is not possible! That looks like an organizational problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinds Anton er weg is alles daar erg achteruit gegaan. Afspraken niet nagekomen en afgezegd, professionaliteit ver te zoeken, je krijgt simpelweg geen goed gevoel over de werkwijze van Van Deutekom en problemen blijven onopgelost. Zoek een andere huisartsenpraktijk want deze is ronduit belachelijk.
Since Anton left, everything there has deteriorated a lot. Agreements have not been met and cancelled, professionalism is hard to find, you simply do not get a good feeling about Van Deutekom's working method and problems remain unresolved. Find another GP practice as this one is downright ridiculous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Niet zo goed, snel weg. Kan/mag niet langskomen voor een afspraak wegens de pandemie. Goed, moet ik mailen, email onvindbaar op de website. Na 5 dagen wordt je dan teruggebeld en in een voicemail van nog geen minuut krijg je een symptoombestrijdend recept uitgeschreven. Geen idee wat ik nu precies heb maar goed Google is de nieuwe dokter.
Not so good, hurry away. Can't/shouldn't come by for an appointment due to the pandemic. Okay, I have to email, email can't be found on the website. After 5 days you will be called back and in a voicemail of less than a minute you will receive a symptom-fighting prescription. I have no idea what exactly I have but Google is the new doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I miss Anton. When I phoned to say that I wanted an appointment to meet the new dr they made an appointment with the person who stands in for her!
My daughter doesn't want to go to the Dr's any more because she felt judged and rushed on her only appointment. I asked for an appointment for a back issue, was told that a phone appointment would be sufficient - she never called.
No doubt the reply will be that you would have like to speak to me in person about this issue - then you should have called, when you were supposed to. And if you called from a private number - which is the only call I missed on Friday then you should know better. You cannot seriously expect a business number to answer a private number during office hours.
Anton never did that.
I can think of no possible good (professional) reason for doing so (I imagine you are calling for convenience from your personal number rather than the business number), in which case, it might then be a good idea when insisting that someone only needs to be spoken to on the phone to actually mention that they may be called from a private number.
As you seem to place all responsibility for everything that occurs with your practise on the person who sees an issue; the internet is the perfect place to have the discussion

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I very rarely go to the Dr but I have always been very happy with this practise.
However it is maybe time to move into the 21st century.
If you would buy the assistant a bluetooth head set then she would be a lot more efficient; two hands free to be able to look up and arrange things as she is talking. Then maybe she wouldn't get so stressed out with an expectation that answering a phone means you can also do other things!
