j	jorin elstrodt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik heb afgelopen zondag een nieuwe uitlaat besteld bij van dijk racing. Maandag netjes bevestiging en de track en trace code gekregen, dat de uitlaat dinsdag geleverd gaat worden. Toen ik het pakketje overhandigd kreeg van de pakket bezorger, was ik al een beetje verbaasd over de verpakking. De uitlaat was verpakt in een wikkel golf-(vouw)-karton. Na het verzichtig doorsnijden van de verpakkingstape, kwam ik erachter dat het eindstuk van de uitlaat beschadigd was (geen kleine krasjes, maar diepe krassen tot het blank metaal onder de lak) en de sticker is ook losgescheurd. Later zag ik ook op de hals een tweetal beschadigingen. Na de constatering heb ik gelijk foto's gemaakt en doorgestuurd naar het telefoonnummer van het bedrijf. Tot 3 keer aan toe kreeg ik dezelfde reactie van ze terug :"met het inpakken hier is de uitlaat gecontroleerd op beschadigingen en die waren er niet, dus wij kunnen er niets mee". Geen deel vergoeding of retour met geld terug mogelijk. Ik heb al aangeboden dat ik de uitlaat wil houden en gewoon een kleine compensatie wil voor de schades en spuit ik de uitlaat opnieuw. Maar dat is dus niet mogelijk. Ik vind dit ronduit schandalig, ik koop een uitlaat van maar 35 euro, maar daar gaat het me niet om. Ik krijg iets beschadigd binnen en ik krijg totaal geen service of tegemoetkoming van dit bedrijf. Ik zal hier nooit meer iets bestellen!!! Last Sunday I ordered a new exhaust from van dijk racing. Monday neat confirmation and received the track and trace code that the exhaust will be delivered on Tuesday. When I received the package from the parcel delivery person, I was a bit surprised about the packaging. The outlet was packed in a wrap of corrugated (folding) cardboard. After carefully cutting the packing tape, I found that the exhaust end piece was damaged (no small scratches, but deep scratches to the bare metal under the paint) and the sticker has also been torn off. Later I also saw two damage on the neck. After the observation I immediately took pictures and forwarded them to the telephone number of the company. Up to 3 times I got the same response from them: "with the packing here, the exhaust was checked for damage and there were none, so we can't do anything with it". No partial reimbursement or return with money back possible. I already offered to keep the exhaust and just want a little compensation for the damage and repaint the exhaust. But that is not possible. I think this is downright scandalous, I buy an exhaust for only 35 euros, but that is not my point. I receive something damaged and I receive no service or compensation from this company. I will never order from here again !!!

Ondertussen +-100km gereden geen problemen gehad, echt top! ? Bought a Tomos early this week. Watched Monday evening, Tuesday evening. Quickly and clearly arranged, definitely recommended if you are looking for a Tomos. In the meantime, driven + -100km had no problems, really great! ?
