Ask β¬ 13.50 for a copy of a house key. Ridiculous price. First and last time I've been here.

β β β β β Ik heb hier op vrijdag tegen sluitingstijd zooltjes gekocht a β¬25 (niet de goedkoopste maar deze werden mij aangeraden). Ze zaten helaas niet goed dus meteen op zaterdag, 1 uur na openingstijd weer teruggegaan. Helaas zooltjes ruilen of geld terug was niet mogelijk. Een tegoedbon ook niet. Dit stond nergens op de bon vermeld, werd ook niet gezegd bij de verkoop. Het stond alleen vermeld op een klein bordje bij de kassa die ook nog eens half weggedraaid stond.
Heel jammer en totaal niet service gericht en klantvriendelijk. Ik begrijp dat ik na 1 week niet meer terug hoef te komen hiermee, maar ik ben zo vlug mogelijk terug gekomen. Ik koop graag lokaal maar op deze manier niet.
I bought insoles here on Friday at closing time for β¬25 (not the cheapest but these were recommended to me). Unfortunately they were not in the right place so went back immediately on Saturday, 1 hour after opening time. Unfortunately, exchange or money back was not possible. Neither is a voucher. This was not mentioned anywhere on the receipt, nor was it stated at the time of sale. It was only mentioned on a small sign at the cash register that was also half turned away.
Very unfortunate and totally not service oriented and customer friendly. I understand that after 1 week I don't have to come back with this, but I came back asap. I like to buy locally but not this way.
