★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grootte winkel, met veel kruip sluip verbindingen van het ene pand naar het andere. Mooie oude panden. Veel meubels en lampen. Heel bijzonder. Achter in de winkel heel verrassend een restaurant.
Size store, with lots of crawl connections from one property to another. Nice old buildings. Lots of furniture and lamps. Very special. A surprisingly nice restaurant at the back of the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slechte communicatie en beloven veel, doen niets. Na een 1/2 jaar de koop eindelijk ontbonden en de spullen retour. Lossen de problemen van een klant niet op en doen erg uit de hoogte als je met een probleem komt.
Poor communication and promise a lot do nothing. After a 1/2 year the purchase finally dissolved and the stuff returned. Do not solve a customer's problems and become very aware if you come up with a problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In de winkel prima geholpen, mooie zaak met mooie spullen, maar als je eenmaal iets hebt gekocht wordt er niet meer met je gecommuniceerd en blijken de levertijden niet te kloppen.
Great help in the store, nice store with beautiful things, but once you have bought something, there is no longer any communication with you and the delivery times turn out to be wrong.

The owner of the store is very kind and supports you with his ideas. This store wants to sell you quality products that last for a long time. I have not been to a store that offers so great service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Initially, they offered to sell TV cabinet from the showroom with fast delivery, but unfortunately after that, the owner changed his mind and decided not to sell it. He offered us to buy a new one with a delivery time of 18 weeks.
Obviously, people think that having a good product is enough, in fact it is more important to provide good customer service and customer experience - be customer-centric.
This company needs to learn more about how to be customer-centric, and to keep their word.
