- Aanvulling op keuken via wooncorporatie inclusief montage afgesproken.
- telefonisch principe afspraak voor montage afgesproken. Ik zou terug gebeld worden wanneer dit niet lukte.
- ruim een week later ontvang ik een mail met het verzoek de factuur exclusief montagekosten per ommegaande te voldoen. Montage was niet in te plannen.
Tja.... De factuur betalen we dan maar niet. Aan een keuken die niet geplaatst wordt hebben we niets.
Service / communication certainly deserves attention.
- Supplement to kitchen agreed via housing association including installation.
- agreed by telephone in principle for assembly. I would be called back if this didn't work.
- more than a week later I receive an email with the request to pay the invoice excluding installation costs by return. Assembly could not be planned.
Well .... we will not pay the invoice. We have no use for a kitchen that is not installed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We zijn erg fijn geholpen door van Ee Keukens. De nodige aanpassingen die een aantal keer gewenst waren in het ontwerp en samenstelling werden steeds netjes weer gedaan. De prijs is prima in vergelijking met andere zaken en je krijgt eerlijke service. Hele goede service van de monteurs en net en goed werk. Fijn bedrijf om je keuken bij te kopen.
We were very well helped by van Ee Kitchens. The necessary adjustments that were desired a number of times in the design and composition were always neatly done. The price is fine compared to other businesses and you get honest service. Very good service from the mechanics and neat and good work. Great company to buy your kitchen from.
