★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als vormgevers hadden wij recentelijk een akkefietje met een bedrijf dat zonder instemming en overleg met een vrijblijvend ontwerpvoorstel van ons aan de haal ging. Omdat wij te goeder trouw zijn, probeer je het in eerste instantie schappelijk op te lossen. Maar met allerlei smoesjes werden we aan het lijntje gehouden. Pas na na een sommatie van Stella Willebrands van Mistral Advocaten koos de ondernemer eieren voor zijn geld. Ondanks 32 jaar werkervaring en dankzij Stella weer wat wijzer geworden. Snel, duidelijk en recht voor z'n raap. Wij bevelen Mistral Advocaten uiteraard van harte aan.
As designers, we recently had a problem with a company that took off without approval and consultation with a non-binding design proposal from us. Because we are in good faith, you try to solve it fairly initially. But we were kept on a leash with all kinds of excuses. Only after a summons from Stella Willebrands of Mistral Advocaten did the entrepreneur choose eggs for his money. Despite 32 years of work experience and thanks to Stella I have become a bit wiser. Fast, clear and straightforward. We of course wholeheartedly recommend Mistral Advocaten.
