Inmiddels ben ik meerdere keren op kantoor geweest en de notaris is goed voorbereid en op de hoogte van je wensen. Ook wannneer je achteraf vragen hebt word je telefonisch nog goed geholpen en krijg je desgewenst nog aanvullend advies. Top service! Zelf na een stomme fout van van SNS Groesbeek hebben ze een uur extra uitgetrokken om alles uit te zoeken en op te lossen wat de eigenaar van SNS Groesbeek had verprutst. En ander had je teruggestuurd om het zelf op te lossen. I am a regular customer, for good reason! They have all the time for me and keep agreements, and they are also affordable. Even after a stupid mistake on the part of SNS Groesbeek, they took an extra hour to find out and solve everything that the owner of SNS Groesbeek had screwed up. And another you sent back to solve it yourself.

Ik vind het niet normaal dat een erfenis al 2,5 jaar lang moet duren voordat deze afgewikkeld is terwijl de belasting daarover al is betaald. Bad notary. You can hardly reach them by phone and they no longer respond by email. I do not think it is normal that an inheritance has to take 2.5 years before it is settled while the tax has already been paid on it.

Het ging hierbij om een aankoop van een woning. Er werden fouten gemaakt in de akte en factuur. De kandidaat notaris ging in opdracht van de verkopend makelaar werken terwijl wij de aankopende partij waren en wij betaalden de notaris. Bij passering van de akte mijn ongenoegen geuit en om een evaluatie gevraagd bij Robert van Eldik. Daar is geen gehoor aangegeven, terwijl hij dat wel beloofde. Notary office is difficult to reach. Employees work on the same file without knowing each other. This involved a home purchase. Errors were made in the deed and invoice. The candidate civil-law notary went to work on behalf of the selling broker while we were the purchasing party and we paid the notary. When the deed was passed, I expressed my displeasure and asked for an evaluation from Robert van Eldik. There was no response, even though he promised.

Aan een planning of toezeggingen kunnen ze zich niet houden en op het moment dat ze een fout hebben te herstellen schermen ze met een beroepscode die ook professionaliteit en tijdigheid voorschrijft. Die laatste punten heb ik deerlijk gemist in het contact. A notary's office to walk past with peace of mind, otherwise you will have to chase them for months for a simple deed.
