Vandaag naar de winkel geweest met de bon om het om te ruilen voor een grotere maat. Op de bon stond geen geld terug. Dat wilde ik ook niet ik wilde een grotere maat. Dat kon absoluut niet! Dat had binnen 3 dagen gemoeten volgens hun. 3 dagen?? Echt overdreven! Staat ook niet op de bon vermeld. Is ook niet mondeling kenbaar gemaakt bij de aankoop. Meneer gaf aan dat ze toch open waren tijdens de lockdown omdat het een essentiële winkel is. Als ik bij grotere maat had moeten bijbetalen, had ik dat gedaan!! Maar ja dus niet kunnen omruilen maar bij een andere juwelier groter laten maken! (Ander juwelier gaf aan dat 3 dagen echt overdreven is) Wat een SUPERSLECHTE SERVICE! VOOR MIJN NIET EENS 1 STER WAARD! Voor mij Nooit meer! My husband bought me a ring as a Christmas present the day before the lockdown at the end of December. But he didn't fit. They should have done it within 3 days. 3 days?? Really exaggerated! Also not mentioned on the receipt. It was also not made known verbally at the time of purchase. The gentleman indicated that they were still open during the lockdown because it is an essential store. If I had to pay extra for a larger size, I would have done that!! But yes, so can't exchange it but have it made bigger at another jeweler! (Other jeweler stated that 3 days is really exaggerated) What SUPER BAD SERVICE! FOR MY NOT EVEN WORTH 1 STAR! For me Never again!
