β β β β β Prima lessen in karate, boxen en (ladies)kickboxen. De groepen zijn niet al te groot en de gym is netjes schoon en goed onderhouden. Lessen zijn in het Nederlands maar ook als je alleen Engels kan goed te volgen. Ze geven gratis proeflessen.
 Excellent lessons in karate, boxes and (ladies) kickboxing. The groups are not too big and the gym is clean and well maintained. Lessons are in Dutch but also if you can only follow English well. They give free trial lessons.
