★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lange Wartezeiten bei Anfragen zu Ersatzteilen. Hinzu kommt ein unfreundlicher und vor allen Dingen aufdringlicher Außendienst. Alles in allem eine totale Katastrophe.
 Long waiting times for inquiries about spare parts. Added to this is an unfriendly and above all intrusive sales force. All in all a total disaster.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als je een verkeerd onderdeel besteld, ook waar jezelf niet veel aan kan doen doordat de informatie ontbreekt en er nul advies over wordt gegeven, dan kan je dit niet retourneren. Je krijgt dan het antwoord dat het hier gaat om business to business en daar denken ze dan onder de wettelijke voorwaarden die er gelden in Nederland onderuit te kunnen komen. Alleen omdat ze dat ergens in de algemene voorwaarden hebben gestopt. Kinderachtig en vooral niet goed voor het bedrijf!!
If you order a wrong part, even which you cannot do much about yourself because the information is missing and zero advice is given, then you cannot return it. You then get the answer that this is about business to business and they think they can get out of it under the legal conditions that apply in the Netherlands. Just because they put that somewhere in the terms and conditions. Childish and above all not good for the company !!
