Ook een uitspraak van de geschillencie lapt hij aan zijn laars. De opleverdatum is nu al meer dan anderhalf jaar geleden en het is nu nog niet af.
 Van Herk does not look at all at the detailed construction plans, construction drawings and the quotation made, cheats with materials, cheats you with extra work and open posts and does not finish the job. He also ignores a statement by the disputes committee. The delivery date is now more than a year and a half ago and it is not yet finished.
