★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De firma van Joolen weigert mij als klant (voor een CV-onderhoudscontract) omdat ik in 2013 een oud contract heb opgezegd, en in 2018 het heb gewaagd om bij een andere leverancier een nieuwe ketel aan te schaffen. Alles netjes op schrift in een email, blijkbaar de normaalste zaak van de wereld ;-)
Dus beste consument, als je ooit zaken wil doen met van Joolen: nooit een contract opzeggen en alles bij hen aanschaffen!
Joolen's company refuses me as a customer (for a central heating maintenance contract) because I canceled an old contract in 2013 and dared to purchase a new boiler from another supplier in 2018. Everything neatly in writing in an email, apparently the most normal thing in the world ;-)
So dear consumer, if you ever want to do business with van Joolen: never cancel a contract and buy everything from them!
