Ik heb een commonrail besteld via onderdelenlijn.nl voor een VW, blijkt niet te werken naar behoren volgens VCDS uitlees apparaat. Ik heb ze opgebeld om het onderdeel te retourneren maar dit wouden ze niet en ik werd opgemaakt voor een leugenaar!! Sinds wanneer worden klanten zo behandeld? Meneer aan de balie weet niet dat hij verplicht is om onderdelen terug te nemen die niet werken naar behoren!! Mijn advies kijk of je het onderdeel die je zoekt elders kan bestellen want meeste oftewel alle sloop bedrijven nemen alles retour wat niet werkt, bij van Kronenburg niet! Extreem slechte service!! Very bad service by phone and email. I have ordered a common rail via partsline.nl for a VW, turns out not to work properly according to VCDS readout device. I called them to return the part but they didn't want this and I was labeled a liar!! Since when are customers treated like this? Gentleman at the counter does not know that he is obliged to take back parts that do not work properly!! My advice is see if you can order the part you are looking for elsewhere because most or all demolition companies take back everything that does not work, not at Van Kronenburg! Extremely bad service!!

M	Maik Bierik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Audi BBK S4 Cabrio Professional Engine - Change with no surprises My s4 2006 BBK 4.2 V was leaking oil and had two worn out cam shafts. I´ve talked to several honest engine repair shops before. As this particular engine seems to have issues with the cylinders and the cam-chain tensioners I decided against a repair/complete overhaul (with all the potintial costly surprises) and opted for a no-surprise-revised-engine from van Kronenburg. The Guy in Charge is Nick and from the first phonecalls up to the picking up of my vehicle everything was professional. Especially after I´ve gotten a little tour around the workshop and the huge warehouse full of enginges I was sure to have made the right call. I thought this BBK engine was something special and complicated until I´ve learned that van Kronenburg does around 25 of those PER YEAR (!) . They changed the engine for me so I have the guarantee in one hand. I´ve driven the car for a Month and 2.000 KM now - everythins is fine. No more Oil loss, the engine actually needed 0,5L Oil / 1000KM - thats also gone. As changing an Engine is a very costly thing to do, you´d want to trust the workshop that does the job. The price was absolutely fair and they have suggested and changed a few other things that made sense to do while the engine was out. I can absolutetely recommend van Kronenburg. One small thing - they are a bit overworked in the office, you´ll have to cut them some slack in term of response-time for emails/calls. I really did´nt mind that much - the priority is the workshop/engine, and that part was flawless.

You can trust them 100% for the quality of the service and Moteur was delivered has described (0 km). Price is good even for delivery. Thank you.
