Deze man maakt misbruik van kwetsbare mensen die wanhopig op zoek zijn naar woonruimte door ze illegale kosten te rekenen. €425 (onder de noemer “verhuurkosten”) moet je neerleggen voordat je überhaupt het huurcontract te zien krijgt. Eindstand: belachelijke huurvoorwaarden. Maar het geld houdt hij natuurlijk. Zelfs nadat hij de schrijnende situatie kent van die persoon. Als ik Stefan van Laar in een paar woorden moet samenvatten, zijn dat de volgende woorden: harteloos, apathisch, gewetenloos en crimineel.
En hij heeft een aparte constructie qua “samenwerking” met Stam Vastgoed. Bezichtigingen vanuit naam van Stam, maar vervolgens in de mails is het Van Laar Vastgoed.
