Enig grote minpunt aan de winkel is dat je er alleen kunt pinnen, cash wordt er niet geaccepteerd. Van Lier is a store that sells men's shoes and accessories. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly, provide you with good advice and help where necessary. The only big downside to the store is that you can only pay by card, cash is not accepted.

De schoenen die Van Lier aanbiedt, hebben mij nooit in de steek gelaten tot deze week. Het was jammer dat een nieuw paar schoenen erg snel kapot ging, maar dit is mij nooit eerder overkomen. De reden dat ik Van Lier toch erg graag in het zonnetje wil zetten is de klantvriendelijke houding van haar medewerkers. Ik kwam vandaag met het kapotte schoenpaar naar de winkel en werd erg vriendelijk ontvangen. De vrouw achter de balie was vriendelijk en begripvol voor de situatie. Zodra ze mijn verhaal had aangehoord zocht ze naar een oplossing. Ik kreeg een nieuw paar van de zelfde schoenen en dit met een glimlach! Ik kan deze winkel aanbevelen voor de goede kwaliteit van de schoenen en de uitstekende service. The shoes that Van Lier offers have never let me down until this week. It was a shame that a new pair of shoes broke very quickly, but this has never happened to me before. The reason that I really want to highlight Van Lier is the customer-friendly attitude of its employees. I came to the store today with the broken pair of shoes and was very kindly received. The woman behind the counter was friendly and understanding of the situation. As soon as she heard my story, she looked for a solution. I got a new pair of the same shoes and this with a smile! Volledig leren schoenen waarvan de zolen na zes maanden al praten, blijkt dat ze niet eens zijn doorgestikt! In eerste instantie wordt de klacht wel serieus opgepakt, maar de afhandeling is een schande en leidt niet tot enig resultaat. Jullie zijn de oude naam Van Lier niet meer waard. It is unfortunate that 0 stars is not possible. What a poor customer service and quality of shoes you offer. Fully leather shoes whose soles already speak after six months, it appears that they are not even suffocated! In the first instance, the complaint is taken seriously, but the handling is a shame and does not lead to any results. You are no longer worth the old name Van Lier.
