M	Merijn Gerdes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zou terug gebeld worden na de pauze. Om 16.00 nog niks gehoord. Sta nu voor de deur en geen leenauto aanwezig. Zit nu met een auto die niet op slot kan. Would be called back after the break. I haven't heard anything at 4 p.m. Now stand at the door and no loan car available. Now sit with a car that cannot be locked.

Ik heb gebeld waar deze schade op gebaseerd was en toen ik zei van dat komt niet overeen met wat er daadwerkelijk gebeurd was, vond meneer dat maar raar en de verzekering zou precies het zelfde zeggen en het zou niks uit maken heb net het daadwerkelijke bedrag gekregen was €250! Ik vind dat dit bedrijf zich moet schamen aangezien ze bij het schadenet aangesloten zijn en dus betrouwbaar moeten zijn en daarnaast erg onprofessioneel met klanten omgaan!! Ik raad dit bedrijf daarom ook ten sterkste af! If damage was assessed due to collision, it would cost € 1100. I called where this damage was based on and when I said that doesn't match what actually happened, sir thought that was weird and the insurance would say exactly the same thing and it wouldn't matter just got the actual amount was € 250! I think this company should be ashamed because they are affiliated with the damage net and therefore have to be reliable and also deal very unprofessional with customers !! I therefore strongly advise against this company!

We wanted to hear the actual diagnostic details because we found the price too high for a single mirror scratch. The employee handling the call was unprofessional and rude, claiming that everything wrong on the client's car was supposed to be covered by us, even though the actual damage caused by us cost less than 300 euros instead of 1000+. Extremely unprofessional and shady, not even attempting to understand the actual problem. The problem got settled but weeks and weeks of stress could've been spared if they actually just did their job correctly.
