Gelijk een bevestiging via de mail. Snel en netjes te woord gestaan. Antwoord voor Manon, Ruimte voor verbetering is er altijd. Als ik een gezinsauto wegbreng en heb bij het maken van mijn afspraak aangegeven vervangend vervoer te willen, een twee persoons bedrijfswagen meekrijg. Met de feestdagen en een gezin van vier is dat niet handig. Heb begrip voor de medewerkers en zal daar geen kwaad woord over spreken integendeel maar dat verklaard 1 ster minder?
Immediately a confirmation by e-mail. Answered quickly and politely. Reply for Manon, There is always room for improvement. If I bring a family car and have indicated when making my appointment that I want replacement transport, I will be given a two-person company car. With the holidays and a family of four, that is not convenient. Understand the employees and will not speak a bad word about it on the contrary, but that explains 1 star less

Goed geholpen bij Van Mossel Fiat. Eerst 2 maal gebeld met Paul, waarbij er echt goed naar me werd geluisterd en al m’n vragen duidelijk zijn geworden. In de winkel zelf werd ik ook heel goed door hem geholpen en hij nam echt de tijd voor me. Bij aankomst werd ik gelijk op de hoogte gebracht van een krasje die de auto had, die ik anders hoogst waarschijnlijk zelf over het hoofd had gezien. Tot slot komen ze ook nog de auto thuis afleveren (een ritje van bijna 2 uur). Super!
Good help at Van Mossel Fiat. First called 2 times with Paul, where I was really listened to and all my questions became clear. In the store itself I was also very well helped by him and he really took the time for me. Upon arrival, I was immediately informed of a scratch the car had, which I would otherwise most likely have overlooked myself. Finally, they also deliver the car at home (a journey of almost 2 hours). Super!

Acquired an Alfa Giulia last year, reported during warranty period problem with car bonnet not closing after being opened. Had several visits to the workshop for the same problem (5 in total!), the problem was never repaired. Always had to drive from Rotterdam to Breda, at my own costs (time off from work + travelling costs) . In the end, after the 5th time, I lost my faith/patience in the mechanical staff by not making proper assessment & always come up with "cheap easy fixes" . They just don't make it right. I informed them via email that was unacceptable, that I would have to go to a local garage in Rotterdam as I couldn't continue driving with an unclosing bonnet & then I would ask for reimbursements. No feed back given whatsoever. After 3 weeks I had called asking for reimbursement (problem was simply the bonnet cable, material cost 30 euros + 1,5 hour labour = 156 eur), but they mentioned they will accept no responsibilites for their " repair work" done during & even after warranty. Their excuse was the car was no longer under warranty. Any local garage will give you warranty on a repair.... A problem that was NEVER fixed by the dealership, shameful behavior . After exposing situation, half of the reimbursment said will be granted. Ridiculous in 1 word, how you will lose a customer over 156 euros.... Van Mossel.... Never again!!!!

On two separate instances when I tried doing business with this dealership, I was given very poor trade-in values for my cars while their stock of cars was priced at a premium. Eventually, other brand dealerships (Opel and BMW) offered much more and realistic trade-in values for my car and I ended up doing business elsewhere. With this dealership, it's double whammy...they will undervalue your car and overvalue their stock. Better dealerships out there from an economic standpoint.

Nice quality cars but service department needs work. It is sad to see the mechanic sitting in your car without covering the seat! So expect a dirty car after service.
