★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Warning about using this company
From February to April 2015 we rented an apartment in Herenstraat 47 in Hilversum through Eliza Vastgoed. The owner of the apartment was Bram de Later, who also runs the company Van Mosseveld Hypotheken.
After we returned to Denmark we have not been able to get our deposit of 1200 Euros back. We have got several different stories. The latest being that one of the owners of the house the Bram de Later is bankrupt. However, since we made the contract with Eliza Vastgoed, the legal department at Aarhus University claim that Eliza Vastgoed is responsible for paying back the deposit.
