Altijd een snelle vinger aan de pols om te checken hoe gesprekken gegaan zijn, maar ook om je gewoon succes te wensen: heel attent! Daarnaast vraagt ze ook actief naar feedback op haar eigen werkzaamheden. Het was een positieve rollercoaster: eerst een kennismakingsgesprek met Babette en binnen sneltreinvaart een nieuwe baan die uitstekend bij mijn wensen past!
Babette has helped me very well and professionally. Always a quick finger on the pulse to check how conversations went, but also to simply wish you success: very attentive! She also actively asks for feedback on her own work. It was a positive rollercoaster: first an introductory meeting with Babette and within a short period of time a new job that fits my wishes perfectly!
