Eind juni kreeg ik de eerste offerte.
Naar aanleiding van deze offerte had ik een aantal vragen.
Pas een maand later(!) kreeg ik antwoord op een aantal vragen. Dit na veelvuldig bellen en mailen.
Op mijn overige vragen wacht ik nog steeds op antwoord.
Helaas heb ik nooit geen offerte gekregen die volledig aansluit op mijn eigen en wensen.
Hierop besloten om met een andere partij in zee te gaan.
Vandaar maar 1 ster.

At the end of June I received the first offer.
I had a number of questions regarding this quotation.
Only a month later (!) Did I get answers to a number of questions. This after frequent calling and mailing.
I am still waiting for an answer to my other questions.
Unfortunately I have never received a quote that fully meets my own wishes.
After this, we decided to work with another party.
Hence only 1 star.
