Een hele oneerlijke eigenaar uit Polen... echt slechte service met verschillende schade

Fantastische service fantastisch blij met mijn nieuwe deuren.

Erg blij met de service en het resultaat. Ook sloopwerk en netjes stucen en afwerken is geen probleem voor de mannen.

Bedankt Greg en Edward voor het meedenken en mooie resultaat. We genieten er elke dag van! De mannen zijn rustig en stil maar werken hard.

Heel mooi design, heldere communicatie, goede kwaliteit en degelijk gemonteerd. Montage ging erg vlot en zonder overlast. Alles door de monteurs weer netjes en schoon achtergelaten. Professioneel gedaan. Gewoon erg mooie deur waar we erg blij mee zijn!

Prachtige deuren voor een prima prijs! De deuren werden keurig op de afgesproken tijd bezorgd en kort daarna professioneel geplaatst. We zijn er erg blij mee, een meerwaarde voor ons huis. Ook erg veel enthousiaste reacties uit onze omgeving. Zeer positieve ervaring, top bedrijf!

NEVER had such a BAD experience! Big trick be careful First of all the door should be placed within approx 2 months after 50% of the payment they have received. We did agreed on the all conditions, Grzegorz has told us several times all will be nicely installed and finished with black components etc etc etc... all for the total price we were informed about and we have agreed to for about 6.5K eur However they took 1 extra month for that, but that is not a big issue comparing it to upcoming situation. 2 weeks before the installation, they requested to pay the other 50 % of the payment with their funny explanation that in the Netherlands it works like that, so you need to pay full amount before the doors are only delivered not even installed, and this is where the problem begins. They have been kindly informed the other financial part will be paid after the service is complete, but for some reason they didn't want to accept it and insisted that this is how it works in the Netherlands... they really think you are a fool. Well, Grzegorz told me as well on the phone that they ask for 2nd part of the payment because some of their clients had some issues to pay after the service, but I am not surprise now why... Anyways, after almost 2 weeks of silence they called us with information they will store all packages at our place ( like my house is the company storage or something) Week after that they finally make an appointment for installation. 2 doors and 2 days of work but not done as we have agreed unfortunately. Call given to Grzegorz with question why his workers going home when the service is not complete yet - holes in the walls, missing black door casing and black floor strip. It was all in our agreement which we discussed several times, however he informed us after placing the doors, that for all of that including door installation there will be other charge which he never mentioned before. He asked if we wanted with or without painting. I told him just to finish installation according to our base agreement. The finishing part is not needed since that cost extra like in every door or windows services – this part I do understand. One week later he came again with workers to check the situation and finish the job finally... They went to buy the remaining missing items, finished their work and at the same time they have received other 50 % of the payment from me. Unfortunately, this is not the end. They thanked me for the payment, but I received another invoice for almost 1500 euros!!! for the installation and extra parts they bought... this amount was NEVER mentioned to us, we have received this numbers next day after the door were installed. So be careful with this company, you will have to pay for materials, service installation etc and in the end they want you to pay again for the same you have already been paid... Besides, there a few things that were broken during the service. - silicon dirt left on the newly laid floor joints - they have damaged my cable from the thermostat which is going next to the door frame during installation, so that will be an expensive repair...
