Bij Van Stapele Koekmakerij verkopen we maar één soort koekje.
De bekende Van Stapele koek bestaat uit een donker chocoladedeeg met een heerlijke vulling van witte chocolade. Van buiten is de koek knapperig maar aan de binnenkant vindt u een zachte kern van warme witte chocolade. Wij bakken de hele dag door, dus de kans dat uw koeken warm zijn wanneer u ze bestelt is erg groot!
De Van Stapele-koek werd op 6 februari 2013 geboren in de kleine Amsterdamse keuken van Vera van Stapele. Zij was op slag verliefd en kon niet wachten om haar ontdekking met de wereld te delen. Op 1 december 2013 openende zij de deuren van haar knusse koekjeswinkel aan de Heisteeg.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saw the queue . Me and mum had time to kill to we queue . Two people in front of me said “ it’s the best cookies in the world “. So I thought why not ? However, I tried them it taste the same as Millie’s cookies from the U.K. lol! I don’t know what’s so special about these cookies . It’s just a sweet dark chocolate with gooey white chocolate inside freshly baked . You can get these anywhere in America .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This cookie place is very famous in Amsterdam, and i believe it is a must try when you visit, the cookie is standard but very unique and juicy, filled with white chocolate on the inside. There might be a long queue to get to the shop but i believe a 15 mins wait is okay for such an experience. The staff were friendly, especially considering that they are always under stress. Must try !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They only have chocolate cookies with white chocolate filling. The cookies were fresh from the oven and were nicely packed. If you buy a larger quantity, you get them in a cute tin box. The staff was friendly too.
The place can have a long queue, but I recommend visiting it not during busy times.
I’d say it’s a very good cookie but not the best in the world :)

cute shop and pretty packagings! luxurious design (good souvenir to bring home) and the cookie girls were so nice! the man in front of me dropped the cookies and sadly it got eaten by a bird... but the girl gave one free cookie for him! was hilarious ? limited option thoo but superrr lekker✨

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We managed to visit Van Stapele Koekmakerij, that was being said as the best cookie makers in Amsterdam. People usually have to wait and queue for 15-30 minutes, but we are so lucky that when we got there, it was no queue.
They were really good at what they bake, that they sell only cookies mostly. No other product, just different packaging for different sizes.
The cookies have something feels like marshmallow and something sweet inside which melt in my mouth. So it was crunchy on the outside but very chewy on the inside.
Cookie lovers will love this much!
