Was first positive, but am now reluctant and would avoid this place.
prices for repair: in lieu with market
repair result : at first instance perfect.
after service: BAD. On 2 occasions: a deterioration paint damage appeared weeks later, and a metal damage on an overlooked location came to light. On BOTH occasions the manager REFUSED responsibility (although GARANTIE). One needed tough talking, the second required the expenses of an external SPECIALIST to give a verdict (and he agreed with my view..and MORE).
Hence; overall; (after)service BAD, and yes, quality (as in procedures (ISO9001?), self checks, unbiased approach) BAD.
(edit); some time this review was removed/censored. Some things have been handled what should have been a positive turn and might have improved a positive edit, but the devil is in the (de)tail and a nasty deterioration has occurred. This has not ended well yet. Updates in course of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly and professional service by the guys 'at the desk' and a good job by the repair guys (no colour differences!). Read about people having bad experiences in case of a dispute... I had the opposite; we had some discussion on a few small spots and whether those should have been mentioned beforehand by me or detected by them... and although neither of us was wrong or right, they solved it by redoing the 'missed' part at their expense! And within two days as well !!! I have had some bad experiences with repair companies, but this kind of quality and service is what I would wish for every time. Parking isn't easy there indeed, but then again, no one complained each time I temporarily parked directly in front of the building either...
