★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BBQ workshop gevolgd bij Johan. Hij is gepassioneerd hobby slager die je tijdens de workshop laat beleven dat er meer is en kunt met de BBQ dan alleen snel een stukje vlees grillen.
Johan is als gastheer zeer spontaan en eerlijk over zijn hobby. Dit komt omdat Johan eten en drinken als een levensgenot ziet. En aan eten en drinken kom je niets te kort. Zal zeker in de toekomst nog een keer een BBQ workshop of zelfs een worst maken workshop volgen . Echte aanrader.
