Bij aankoop in de winkel wordt 10% beloofd op een eerstvolgende aankoop.
Bij belgen is dit 6 maanden geldig... Echter omwille van Corona is mijn schoonmoeder er niet geraakt dus heeft is ze in de plaats online blijven shoppen + telkens €13 verzending betaald.
Bij het eerstvolgende bezoek werd haar korting van 10% geweigerd aangezien online shoppen niet telt voor deze actie. Ondanks dat ze recent nog online aankopen bij de winkel gedaan heeft.
Loyal customers are a bit let down.
When buying in the store, 10% is promised on a next purchase.
This is valid for 6 months with Belgians... However, because of Corona, my mother-in-law was not able to make it, so she continued shopping online + always paid €13 shipping.
On the next visit, her 10% discount was refused as online shopping does not count for this promotion. Although she has recently made online purchases at the store.
