Daarna veelvuldig voorzien van onjuist advies waardoor wij in de problemen kwamen met de financiering van ons huis. Op het moment dat wij besloten alles zelf te regelen met het verzoek ons geld dat wij nog van hem tegoed hadden terug te betalen, hoorden wij niets meer van hem. Geen reactie op de app, geen reactie op de mail, geen reactie op een aangetekende brief. Wij hebben aangifte gedaan van oplichting! The consultant has caused us to incur unnecessary costs. Dat was naïef van onze kant, maar waarvoor heb je anders een adviseur nodig. Deze fouten hadden we zelf ook kunnen maken. Hierdoor kwam ons gezin in de financiële problemen. Toen we hem nodig hadden nam hij zijn telefoon niet meer op en reageerde niet op mailtjes. Enige zorgplicht is hem onbekend. Our first mortgage concluded with NHG on the advice of Pascal. He recommended a second mortgage without NHG before the renovation. We followed him blindly. That was naive on our part, but what else would you need an advisor for. We could have made these mistakes ourselves. This put our family in financial trouble. When we needed him, he stopped answering his phone and didn't respond to emails.
