★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eerst waren er overname kosten, toen weer niet, pand bezichtigd, was enthousiast en ben akkoord gegaan, maar toen waren er ineens weer goodwill kosten. Ook de huurprijs werd ineens 100,- per maand meer dan waar hij voor op de website staat. Toen ik vroeg om een concept huurovereenkomst kreeg ik het contract van de huidige huurder.... ?
 First there were acquisition costs, then not again, I visited the property, I was enthusiastic and I agreed, but then there were suddenly goodwill costs again. The rent also suddenly became 100,- per month more than what it says on the website. When I asked for a draft rental agreement I got the contract from the current tenant.... ?
